The frequency of service depends on the size of your yard and the number of pets. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time clean-up options to fit your needs.

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing varies based on the size of your yard (1/8 acre), the number of dogs, and the frequency of service. We offer affordable rates, with discounts for regular service packages. Contact us for a free, no-obligation estimate!

Can I pay via check or cash?

For all accounts, we require a credit card to be on file for recurring monthly payments. We don't accept payments via check or cash.

What happens to the dog waste after you pick it up?

We safely pick up the dog waste from your property and discard of it in trash bags. We’ll then remove it from your premises so you don’t have to worry about it being in your trash can and causing an unwanted odor.

Are your services safe for my pets and the environment?

Absolutely! We use eco-friendly products and take great care to ensure our methods are safe for your pets, family, and the environment. We spray all of our equipment after each cleaning to ensure your dog’s safety.

What if my dog’s waste is really hard to clean up?

No problem! We’ve handled all types of waste situations, from difficult-to-remove deposits to overgrown areas. Our team is well-equipped to tackle any job!

Can I cancel or change my service at any time?

Do I have to sign a contract?

No contracts required! At Bark-Yard Solutions, we believe in flexibility. You can enjoy our services without being locked into any long-term commitments. Simply choose the plan that works best for you, and you can adjust or cancel at any time.

Can I choose the day of service?

You’re more than welcome to make a request and we’ll do our best to make it happen, but we can’t guarantee service on your day requested. Our service is similar to the garbage man. We do our best to maximize our routes and keep our prices affordable.

Do you provide an arrival window for when you’ll clean my yard?

No, we don’t provide arrival times for our technicians. We want to accommodate your schedule as much as possible, but we streamline our routes the night before based upon drive time. We try and optimize our routes to keep costs affordable. However, we will send a 30-60 minute text ahead of time.

Should I unlock my gate?

Please do! Our technicians prefer walking through gates as opposed to jumping them.

Do you you service yards on weekends?

We service yards on Saturdays, but not on Sundays.
